Coaching Attendance, Cancellation & Privacy Policy

Please review the following policies before purchasing or scheduling a private coaching session.

⏰ Please Be On Time

Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled coaching session.
I am able to wait up to 10 minutes after your scheduled start time.
After 10 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show.

🕐 Sessions End On Time

Coaching sessions must end at the scheduled time so I can honor appointments
with other clients.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled
time, and the missed time cannot be added to the end of your session.

📅 24 Hour Cancellation Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to
cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice
are considered late cancellations and may result in the loss of up
to 50% of the session fee.

🚫 Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations

I understand that occasional emergencies happen. However, if there are
more than two no-shows or late cancellations, a regular
pattern of missed or late sessions, or repeated attendance issues across
successive sessions, I may no longer be able to continue working with that client.

🔒 Privacy & Confidentiality

All coaching calls are private and confidential.
Your sessions and the personal information you share during coaching are
treated with privacy, care, and discretion.

Coaching sessions may be recorded at your request so you
can review your coaching afterward.

Client communication is handled through a private email account,
and coaching sessions are conducted through a professional Zoom account
to help maintain your privacy and security.

By purchasing or scheduling a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree
to this Coaching Attendance, Cancellation & Privacy Policy.
